Quorum (5 members needed.)

• Approve March meeting Minutes.
• Approve accounts payable.

  New Business:

• Barn Repairs

o   CPA application for $140k for Barn repairs.

• Steve has a presentation for the Town Meeting.

o   Waiting for warmer weather. 2 bottles of Bora-care for the treatment of Powder Post Beetles.

o   New Lock – In place

• Portalets

o   May and June will be paid by the Conservation Commission.

o   For July through November, the Commission has requested an increase in their FY2026 budget by $750 to cover the toilets at the Williams Barn.

• Groton Invasive Species are looking for a place to have classes with trails nearby.

o   Jonathan Basch to present a proposal.

• Membership

o   One opening.

• 2025 Farmers Market

o   Vendor acceptance criteria. vendor online application.

o   Webpage proposal.

• Intern Exit Interview

o   Estella is required to provide a written summary of the Farmers Market.

• Steve talked to her, she will provide it as soon as possible

 

New Events-

• Memorial Day Parade – May 26th
• 3rd grade field trip in June
• Riverfest in June 8th 11am – 4pm at the Petapawag boat ramp

Old Business:

• Committee Charter
• Garden at the Barn Eagle Scout project –In the Fall.
• Accepting in-kind donations – WBC to review donations before accepting, with the understanding that the WBC will decide what will be done with the donation.
