5:15pm    Public Comment Period - except where otherwise noted public participation in this meeting will be limited to the Public Comment Period. The Public Comment Period will run no longer than ten minutes.  During the Public Comment Period, individual speakers will be permitted to address the Commission one time for a maximum of three minutes. All remarks shall be addressed to or through the Chair or to the public body as a whole.  Matters presented by speakers during the Public Comment Period will not be debated or acted upon by the Commission at the time they are presented.
