1. Meet with Richard Perini’s family.


2. Review draft minutes from January 16, 2025.


3. Review two Mirick O’Connell invoices: a January 8, 2025 invoice for $2,480 and a February 10, 2025 invoice for $784.


4. Review Dillis & Roy invoice dated March 20, 2025 for $2,797.16 (Item added 3/20/2025).

5. Update on Hoyts Wharf Parcel predevelopment matters including the powerline easement, MESA filing, disposition warrant article, and approving expanded contract for Dillis & Roy to assist with further permitting.

6. Status update on FY2026 final proposal for $400,000 in CPC funding.


7. Status update on the Housing Production Plan.


8. Status update on MBTA Communities zoning proposed for the Spring Town Meeting.


9. Executive Session. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – purchase or value of real property. Roll call vote may be taken.

10. Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken. (Item added 3/10/2025)
