• Approve January’s meeting Minutes.
• Approve accounts payable.
New Business:
• Groton Invasive Species are looking for a place to have classes with trails nearby.
o Jonathan Basch to present a proposal.
• Membership
o One opening.
• 2025 Farmers Market
o Vendor acceptance criteria. vendor online application.
o Webpage proposal.
• Intern Exit Interview
o Estella is required to provide a written summary of the Farmers Market.
 Steve talked to her, she will provide it as soon as possible.
• Barn Repairs
o CPA application for $140k for Barn repairs.
 Bruce and Steve to attend CPA meeting
 Waiting for warmer weather. 2 bottles of Bora-care for the treatment of Powder Post Beetles. Approve unanimously.
o New Lock – update Chris.
