1. Call meeting to order.
2. January minutes.
3. Prescott School Discussion relative to CPC Application. What constitutes maintenance vs. historical preservation.
4. Demo delay bylaw discussion.
5. Historical monuments/markers discussion.
6. FY25 funded CPC project updates:
a. Bancroft Castle. Project will be complete on receipt of final report.
b. Historical mile marker project. Will progress when ground thaws in spring.
7. FY26 CPC funding cycle application update:
a. Draft CPC application for Bancroft Castle was submitted 1/14/25. Feedback from CPC received on 2/3.
8. Historical Plaque Program.
9. Digital storage project in cooperation with the Groton Public Library.
10. Topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting.
11. New business.
12. Adjourn.
