      7pm – Groton Town Hall

      1. Call meeting to order.
      2. Review & accept October minutes.
      3. 573 Longley Road demolition permit application.
      4. Prescott House updates: Demo permit will have had to have been issued by the time of this meeting, discussion of current status of situation.
      5. FY25 funded CPC project updates:
        1. Bancroft Castle- Waiting for report. Summary application is in for actual preservation work.
        2. Historical mile marker project. Is broken stone replacement underway?  Missing stone on Old Ayer Rd. to be searched for.
      6. FY26 CPC funding cycle application updates:
        1. Bancroft Castle
        2. Prescott Family Research Project – Determined not eligible for CPC funding.
        3. Prescott House Preservation – Will be withdrawn due to the lack of a credible preservation plan.
        4. Digital Repository Partnering with the Library
          1. Determined not eligible for CPC funding.
          2. Seek alternative funding?
        5. Groton Master Plan.
        6. Discussion of improving/tightening Groton's demolition delay bylaw.
        7. Historical Plaque Program.
        8. Topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting.
