1. Review October 17, 2024 draft regular session minutes.

2. Discuss verbal feedback received on the Trust's initial CPC application titled "2026-03 FY26 Housing Funds Request".

3. Review two Town Counsel (Mirick O’Connell) invoices for legal research on Hoyts Wharf powerline easement: October 8, 2024 for $882 and November 8, 2024 for $563.50.

4. Review title examiner estimates for further research on the Hoyts Wharf powerline easement.

5. Consider November 20, 2024 Dillis & Roy proposal for additional engineering services for Hoyts Wharf parcel in the areas of septic, stormwater and ANR plan permitting (item added 11/20/2024).

6. Accepting gift to be donated to the Affordable Housing Trust in honor of Richard Perini (item added 11/20/2024).
