A virtual joint meeting of the Membership and the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation, a municipal lighting plant cooperative and public corporation under the provisions of G.L. c. 164 §47C, is scheduled to commence at 10:00 A M on November 15, 2024.
