  3. 171 Lowell Rd., discussion of horse watering trough. Rebecca Tabasky.
  4. Summary CPC application to be submitted by Aubrey Theall prior to October deadline for Prescott Family study/possible book/educational program/documentary.

  6. Active CPC project applications:
    1. Bancroft Castle- Field work was done. Actual preservation work likely to be pushed to the 2026 CPC funding cycle as time is short and report may not get here in time.
    2. Historical mile marker project- Aubrey reached out to Highway Dept. about trimming brush on Old Ayer Rd. to assist in locating mile marker, no response. May be able to locate once foliage dies back this fall?
  7. Groton Master Plan. Joshua Vollmar.
  8. Preservation/digitization of historical materials. Gus Widmayer.  Will we be filing a summary CPC application this fall for a study?  Who does this sort of work?  Library may be able to help with that.  Should we involve the History Center as well?
  9. Topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting.
  10. New business.

The listing of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting is not intended as a guarantee of the topics that will have been discussed.
