  2. Review invoice from Dillis & Roy dated July 10, 2024 for $2,695.61 related to predevelopment of the Hoyts Wharf Parcel.
  3. Update on Hoyts Wharf Parcel.
  4. Discuss housing aspects of Master Plan based on publicly available portions of the document.
  5. Discuss proposed amendment to Section 218-3 Definition of Age-Restricted housing (added 7/26/2024).
  6. Vote on requesting placeholder warrant article for declaring a building lot drawn from the Hoyts Wharf Parcel and adjacent town owned parcel surplus and available for disposal with use restrictions to create affordable housing (added 7/29/2024).
