- Review invoice from Dillis & Roy dated July 10, 2024 for $2,695.61 related to predevelopment of the Hoyts Wharf Parcel.
- Update on Hoyts Wharf Parcel.
- Discuss housing aspects of Master Plan based on publicly available portions of the document.
- Discuss proposed amendment to Section 218-3 Definition of Age-Restricted housing (added 7/26/2024).
- Vote on requesting placeholder warrant article for declaring a building lot drawn from the Hoyts Wharf Parcel and adjacent town owned parcel surplus and available for disposal with use restrictions to create affordable housing (added 7/29/2024).
