  • Upcoming event 
    • Grotonfest Spring into Summer vote and application - May 19th
      • May will set up an Canopy and man the booth.
      • Please support her.
    • Riverfest in June 9th 11am – 4pm at the Petapawag boat ramp– Would like to attend.
      • Matt contacted the Greenways Committee to ask if we can attend.
        • Hi Matt,
           We are pleased to have Williams Barn as an exhibit at this years River Festival.   The festival takes place at Petapawag Boat launch from 11 to 4 on Sunday, June 9th.   Setup should be done at 10 and you can park at the NRWA.   It’s usually between 500 and 1000 people and rain and shine.  My cell is 978 877 7366 if you have any questions.

  • Farmers Market 2024 Season
    • Fee schedule:
      • 15 Markets July 5th to Oct 11th (and Thanksgiving Market) Nov. 23rd
        • $20 per market = $300
        • If paid in full before the start of the markets = $260
        • If paid for the remainder of the season, after the start of the season Remaining Markets @$20 ea - $20.

o   Enforcing vendor insurance requirements

All vendors MUST be covered before we allow them at the market.

An Insurance Certificate Naming the Town as an Additional Insured for general liability with limits of $1,000,000 per Occurrence.

Groton Farmers Market - Waiver

I, the undersigned, do hereby consent to my participation in the Groton Farmers Market program of the Town of Groton . I also agree to forever release the Town of Groton , and all their employees, agents, board members, volunteers and any and all individuals and organizations assisting or participating in the Town of Groton ’s, Groton Farmers Market ("the Releasees") from any and all claims, rights of action and causes of action that may have arisen in the past, or may arise in the future, directly or indirectly, from personal injuries to myself or property damage resulting from my participation in the Town of Groton ’s, Groton Farmers Market. I also promise, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all legal claims and proceedings of any description that may have been asserted in the past, or may be asserted in the future, directly or indirectly, arising from personal injuries to myself or property damage resulting from participation in the Town of Groton ’s, Groton Farmers Market. I further affirm that I have read this Consent and Release Form and that I understand the contents of this Form. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to choose not to participate in said programs. By clicking the box below, I affirm that I have decided to participate in the Town of Groton ’s, Groton Farmers Market as a Vendor with full knowledge that the Releasees will not be liable to anyone for personal injuries and property damage that I may suffer in Town of Groton ’s, Groton Farmers Market.
