  1. Call meeting to order (Aubrey Theall)
  2. Approve March minutes (Aubrey Theall)
  3. Continue effort to recruit alternate Commissioners.
  4. Prescott House Updates (Aubrey Theall):
    1. 18 month demo delay clock continues to tick toward November 2024.
    2. Discussion of increasing fundraising effort. Aubrey reached out to History Center, HDC, a number of individuals.  We are getting traction with over $3k raised.
  5. Update regarding CPC applications from Town Meeting (Aubrey Theall)
    1. Request to Highway Dept. to place snow flags (Aubrey to do)
  6. Historical Plaque pilot program update (Joshua Vollmar, Tom Horsman)
  7. Groton Master Plan (Commission)
  8. Potential of sale of Boutwell School by School Department (Marisa Barnes, Groton resident requested we discuss).
  9. Ongoing effort to identify and digitize historic materials (Commission). Aubrey Theall reached out to Library, which is interested in partnering.
  10. 142 Townsend Rd. demo permit application.
  11. Any topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting
  12. New business
