1. The Scira Cypress Road special permit to alter a non-conforming structure will re-convene at 7:00 PM and be continued to 10/24/12 at 7:00 PM.

2. The Scira Georgia Road special permit to alter a non-conforming structure will re-convene at 7:15 PM and reconvene and be continued to 10/24/12 at 7:15 PM.

3. The Morton variance hearing will convene at 7:30 PM. A vote may be taken.

4. Open Session for topics not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting.

5. Other business- minutes, bills.
