Call to order

  • Approve Minutes.
  • Approve accounts payable.
  • Finances and funding

o   Fire Alarm

  • battery replacement.
  • Building Inspection.
  • Conservation Committee Portapotty update.
    • May B. provide and update.
  • Barn Use:
    • The Groton Sustainably Commission is looking for a site for their event to increase the knowledge and awareness of electric vehicles.
    • Target dates: Saturday, May 18th (preferred) or Saturday, May 4th, with a "rain date" of the Sunday of the chosen weekend.
      • Approved - update
  • Garden at the Barn
    • Possible Eagle Scout project – Owner Matt
      • Matt to contact Scouts to find someone to take on this project: Approved unanimously.
      • Recommend working with Sustainability Committee, maybe a Pollinator Garden
  • Upcoming event 
    • Spring Fest May 19th
      • Agree this is good visibility. Do we need to pay a fee: $150?
    • Riverfest in June – Will attend.
    • Student visits 3rd Grade classes
  • Farmers Market 2024 Season

o   Enforcing vendor insurance requirements

All vendors MUST be covered before we allow them at the market.

  • What are the specific requirements?

o   New Vendors

  • Committee Review and approval of new vendors?

o   Intern for 2024

  • Interviews, Including Estella
  • Is it possible to add a special needs volunteer?
