   • Planning for content to present to Select Board (January 29^th)
   • Topics to be covered and potential participation from Select Board member(s)
   • Publicity plans & timeline

 

2. Planning for Session #10: “Stormwater and Snow Clearing” (March 6^th)
   • Primary Speakers to align – from DPW, Board of Health, Stormwater departments

 

3. Early plans for early spring seminar sessions
   • Food Choices – April
     Need to line up add’l speakers – perhaps from local farms, dairies, and meat purveyors?
   • EV Petting Zoo – May
     Tie-in to “Spring Into Summer Grotonfest” (May 19^th)? What is the current status and how quickly do we need to decide and commit?
