  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Discussion with any members of the public in attendance of the Groton Master Plan in development (as it relates to Historical Commission).
  3. Recruitment of Alternate Commissioners.
    1. Interest from Richard Nason and Gus Widmayer, may attend meeting.
  4. Review November minutes.
  5. Prescott House Updates (Aubrey Theall):
    1. 18 month demo delay clock continues to tick toward November 2024.
    2. Responses to limited RFP (documentation of the house, no engineering work).

    3. Prescott House FAQ's were published with October meeting minutes.
  6. Historical Mile Marker CPC Application. (Michael LaTerz). 
    1. Reflectors for plows
  7. Bancroft Castle Preservation Study CPC Application (Joshua Vollmar/Aubrey Theall).
    1. RFP is out with a response date of 12/31.
  8. Historical Plaque program (Michael LaTerz, Joshua Vollmar).
    1. Vote to approve a prospective historical plaque to be installed at 42 Pleasant St under Historical Commission pilot program.
  9. Discuss the concept of dedicated HistComm digital storage (possible future CPC grant application). Could be a dedicated server, cloud storage, physical storage, some combination.
  10. Any topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting (none)
