  1. Review draft minutes from November 21, 2023.
  2. Prepare and discuss CPC application for community housing funds.
  3. Discuss collection of letters of support for CPC application.
  4. Update on email to the Park Commission about Hoyts Wharf parcel.
  5. Discuss Hoyts Wharf parcel layout.
  6. Update on the status of vacant Groton Housing Authority units. (added 12/4/2023).
  7. Executive Session #1. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – town owned properties.  Roll call vote may be taken.
  8. Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.

Votes may be taken regarding any of the listed agenda items.  Roll call votes are required for executive sessions and virtual meetings.
