- Historical plaque program (Michael LaTerz, Joshua Vollmar).
- Review October minutes.
- Prescott House Updates (Aubrey Theall):
- 18 month demo delay clock continues to tick toward November 2024.
- Responses to limited RFP (documentation of the house).
- House is listed online at circaoldhouses.com and now Antique Homes magazine. Flurry of initial interest has slowed down. Links to the online ads were distributed to the MA Historical Commission Listserv with a request for people to send them on to their network.
- Prescott House FAQ's, no edits yet from GHM. Plan to move forward with publishing. Place on web page?
- Aubrey Theall spoke with Bob Garside, if Prescott House is moved electrical & plumbing must meet current code but framing does not assuming the structure is in "reasonable" condition.
- Preservation of Town Records/Possible CPA Funding (Bob DeGroot).
- Inventory of Historic Assets: (Michael Danti),
- Old Meetinghouse Updates: (Allen King).
- Historical Markers. (Michael LaTerz).
- Bancroft Castle (Joshua Vollmar/Aubrey Theall).
- Library Trustees/Historical newspaper archives update (Aubrey Theall).

- Tom to aggregate accomplishments and items we hope to accomplish in the future.
