- Call meeting to order.
- Review August, September minutes.
- Prescott House Updates (Aubrey Theall):
- 18 month demo delay clock continues to tick toward November 2024.
- Requested updated bids for a narrowed scope of RFP, documentation of house and history but no engineering work. Have not yet received a response.
- House is listed online at circaoldhouses.com as of last week. Have received about 10 inquiries, additional information (more photos, notes, conditions to requesting a showing) was provided.
- Prescott House FAQ's are with GHM, have followed up with Gary Shepherd several times but no movement.
- Preservation of Town Records/Possible CPA Funding (Bob DeGroot).
- Inventory of Historic Assets: (Michael Danti)
- Old Meetinghouse Updates: (Allen King)
- Historical Markers. (Michael LaTerz). Summary application to be submitted this CPA funding cycle.
- Bancroft Castle (Joshua Vollmar). Summary application to be submitted this CPA funding cycle.
- Letter to Library Trustees regarding newspaper archives (Aubrey Theall). There has been some dialogue with Vanessa Abraham, have not received a response to the question regarding restoration of Groton's Turners Public Spirit archive.
- Groton Master Plan (Michael LaTerz).
- Historical plaque program (Michael LaTerz, Joshua Vollmar).
- Recruitment of additional commissioners (Aubrey Theall).
- Any topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting
