d. Report ready for Oct 17 deadline?

3. Check in on number of grant applications received to date

4. Discussion of spring event publicity and any other marketing and publicity we will need for 2024

5. Report from Nancy on the publicity in Groton Herald for last year’s recipients

6. Open discussion, new questions/topics
