Location:    Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main St., Groton 

1. 7 pm. Executive Session #1 -- Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – town owned properties. 
2. Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes.
3. 7:30 pm.  Regular Session. Review and approve pending invoices including two Town Counsel invoices totaling $562.50.
4. Set dates to invite representatives from the Conservation Commission.
5. Update on Still Meadow unit repairs.
6. Update on pending comprehensive permits for Groton Farms and Heritage Landing.
7. Review draft minutes from May 18, 2023 and June 14, 2023.  

Note that a vote may be taken regarding any of the listed agenda items.  Roll call votes are required for executive sessions and virtual meetings.
