1. (7:10) Member changes – Welcome to Ken Adams and Bob Fournier
2. (7:15) Trail Projects
   1. Nashua Riverwalk – Meeting with new DCR Commissioner Brian Arrigo moved to July 21^st; coordinating with DCR on educational signs; update on DCR approval interpretation
   2. Trail Maintenance –Town Forest (chainsawed 5 trees); MBTA in W. Groton, Johnston, Keyes Woods, Sawtell, Sorhaug Woods, and McLains Woods (mowed trails); installed 4 Conservation Commission property signs

• New Trail Projects – Casella Preserve and Priest Family trail proposal presentations to ConComm on 7/25; trails flagged for review

1. (7:30) 25^th Anniversary Planning – updates on advertising, compilation process for achievements, awards, etc.   
2. (7:45) Website and Interactive Map – updates
3. (7:55) VOTE to reimburse Grotonfest registration fee
