*Call to order/attendance.  Announce this is a hybrid meeting

*approval  of minutes from May 2023 zoom meeting

*review of responsibilities and expectations of the Cultural Council

*discussion regarding having student representative/s on the council

*proposal to admit Olive Cote as a student member 

*report regarding newspaper press releases for 2022 grant recipients

*discuss meeting schedule for the grant cycle and assignment of grant application reviews

*further discussion of an event in the spring to recognize grant recipients

*open discussion
