1. Final planning for Session #4: Land Use – Groton Use Case (June 29^th)
   • Review draft presentation draft materials & bios
   • Feedback to Trevor Smith, Tim Brothers and Carolyn to fine tune presentations
   • Plan for any additional materials to be included
   • Publicity plans - Groton Herald story with Connie, social media timeline

 

2. Rapid review of session #3 (June 15^th)
   • What worked; what didn’t
   • Follow-up to the public?
   • Feedback from the participants?

 

3. Planning for post-Labor Day sessions
   • Solar Energy presenters – from outside and from our commission
   • Electrical Energy Session w/ GELD
   • Others, tbd?
   • Discuss seminar frequency and preferred evening(s) of week for them
   • Notify Groton Center that we will not need the seminar date held in July but will be scheduling more dates, beginning post-Labor Day.

 

4. Other topics for introducing into the curriculum or spin-offs from the curriculum we should be considering?
   • Two people identified willingness to present from Session #2 attendee sign-ups sheets.
