Agenda

  1. Review draft minutes from April 12, 2023.  Votes may be taken.
  2. Review of the April 29, 2023 Spring Town Meeting.
  3. Consider approaching Conservation Commission to discuss prospective land acquisition suitable for affordable housing.
  4. Update on Request for Determination of Applicability for Fieldstone Drive parcels. Votes may be taken.
  5. Update on Heritage Landing request for development restriction on Town owned properties.
  6. Discuss spending Trust funds for repair of one of Groton Housing Authority's scattered site units.  Votes may be taken.
  7. Plan 2023 affordable housing roundtable. Votes may be taken.
  8. Executive Session #1 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.
  9. Executive Session #2. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – town owned properties.  Roll call vote may be taken.
