   • Review topics to be covered; flow of the presentation; timeline for reviewing draft materials
   • Plan testing of remote access ZOOM for John
   • Establish any follow-ups necessary to line up presenters/topics & planning meetings.

 

2. Rapid review of session #1 last Thursday night
   • What worked; what didn’t
   • Follow-up to the public?
   • Feedback from the participants?

 

3. Plan status for session #2 (May 25^th)
   • Timeline for draft presentations to Subcommittee and feedback to Miranda D’Oleo, Zoe Eckert
   • Publicizing Session #2 – Groton Herald, Social, Herald ad?

 

4. Planning for session #4 (June 29^th):
   • Review principal speakers’ status and search for one additional presenter

 

5. Other topics for introducing into the curriculum or spin-offs from the curriculum we should be considering?
