Agenda: 

 

1. Planning for remaining Seminar sessions #2, #3 and #4 prior to summer break:
   • Session 2 (May 25^th): Report on April 13^th preparatory conversation with Miranda D’Oleo. When should we expect draft PowerPoint decks from the Miranda and Zoe Eckert [MMWEC] for us to review? Are there any materials/links we should be expecting from them?
   • Session 3 (June 15^th): When can we have a planning meeting with the principal presenters (and get their bios and any links they would like to share) in advance of the session? What are the plans for trialing the remote ZOOM capabilities with the Groton Center A/V system and Groton Channel?
   • Session 4 (June 29^th): We’ve had one principal presenter (Kim Kuliesis) drop out because of an upcoming family trip, so we need to find other(s) who can help with that session, rapidly.

 

2. Any last-minute preparation items to be addressed before April 29^th Spring Town Meeting or/and the May 4^th kickoff seminar.
3. Potential need to move our meeting dates to an alternate schedule to accommodate Planning Board schedules.
