1.  Review draft minutes from February 22, 2023.  Votes may be taken.

2.  Discuss pending CPC application for $200,000 of community housing funds.  Votes may be taken.

3.  Review Heritage Landing developer's request for nitrogen credit land on Town owned parcels and consider the costs and benefits of the same.  Votes may be taken. (item amended 4/10/23)

4.  Update on 63 Gratuity Road flexible development project.

5.  Update on Groton Farms 40B project at 500 Main Street.

6.  Review Dillis & Roy March 6, 2023 invoice in the amount of $3,200.  Votes may be taken.

7. Executive Session #1 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.

8. Executive Session #2. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – town owned properties.  Roll call vote may be taken.
