4. Specific areas speakers plan to address and any materials/slides to incorporate
5. Identify questions to launch discussion
6. Identify any handouts / materials for the audience (and online)
7. Identify any special A/V or logistical needs of panelists
8. Establish a Call-to-Action to close out the session
