1. Planning for remaining Seminar sessions after session #1 prior to summer break
   • Three or four dates to play: May 25^th, June 15^th, June 29^th, and [tentative] July 12^th.
   • Review prospective speakers/organizations/topic coverage for the sessions.
   • Establish any follow-ups necessary to line up presenters/topics & planning meetings.

2. Prep for session #1 planning meeting:
   • Review principal speakers’ status.
   • Set direction on key coverage area (to be provided to Keith Bergman in advance)
   • Confirm availability of Groton Channel & A/V requirements for recording/playback for panel discussion

3. Discussion of additional prospective topics submitted from Groton committees & public.
