1. Brief discussion to catch up subcommittee members on session #1:
   • Principal speakers list for seminar #1
   • Planning meeting with session #1 principal speakers, status
   • Confirm availability of Groton Center location & A/V requirements
   • Confirm availability of Groton Channel for recording/playback
   • Update from Q&A at joint Select Board / Finance Committee public hearing (3/13)

 

2. Initial planning for 2^nd and 3^rd webinars in the series:
   • Review remaining dates for the seminar sessions prior to Summer break
   • Review prospective speakers/organizations for the sessions
   • Review priority for the initial webinars to be presented

 

3. Discussion of additional prospective topics submitted from Groton committees
