2. Planning for initial – Big Picture – kickoff seminar:
   • Align on target date for kickoff (tentatively May 4^th, 2023)
   • Confirm date with principal speakers
   • Planning meeting with principal speakers
   • Confirm availability of Groton Center location & A/V requirements
   • Confirm availability of Groton Channel for recording/playback

 

3. Initial planning for 2^nd and 3^rd webinars in the series:
   • Review follow-ups by subcommittee members on potential speakers/organizations for the sessions
   • Establish priority for the initial webinars to be presented
   • Begin targeting potential dates & aligning needed resources

 

4. Discussion of additional prospective topics submitted from Groton committees
