- Matt Lambright Eagle Scout Project
- GELD has cut down hangers on Richard Priest property, cleanup required.
- Tree in Lake removal (already approved and funded by ConCom) - waiting on lake level drop.
- Fall Cleanup - items, date

2) Beach Sand Restoration - November 23rd, 2015 - Vote May be taken
- Update on ConCom and NOI Process - Rena and Andrew

3) Signage - Short term - no fire and drinking signs for the winter season - Vote may be taken

4) Plan for Community Preservation Committee Submission - Vote May be taken

5) Schedule meeting with Michelle Collete to work out Admin support from Land Planning Department

6) Sargisson Beach Property Usage needs
- Assigning Committee members to create Survey of Town uses for Sargisson Beach
- Funding for GELD mailing the survey and online survey?
-Review Groton Master Plan Survey Results:

Commission conducted for the 2012 Open Space and Rec Master Plan.The survey questionnaire and long with the result are in the "2012-2017 Open Space & Recreation Plan" in Appendix A. The Sargisson
Beach results can be found on page 2 of the results.
