1. Discuss solutions to or mitigation of Town field littering by early dismissal school children. Vote may be taken.
2. Discuss mosquito control options for Cow Pond, Cutler and Town Field. Vote may be taken.
3. Discuss proposal to purchase playground inspection by professional playground inspector. Vote may be taken.
4. Explore application to MIIA to fund projects that reduce Town’s liability exposure. Vote may be taken.
5. Update on Cutler Field level 1 site plan review. Vote may be taken.
6. Update on Stonebridge field repairs and suggestion to institute periodic use group maintenance reports to be submitted to Park Commission and Park Commissioner Liaisons. Vote may be taken.
7. Prepare Fiscal Year 2014 budget proposal. Vote may be taken.
8. Review minutes. Vote may be taken.
9. Review pending invoices. Vote may be taken.
10. Consider pending field use requests. Vote may be taken.
