- Discuss citizens petition to change the definition of age restricted housing meeting with proponent Jeffrey Brem and other interested land owner Richard Harrington.
- Review draft regular session minutes from March 23, 2022.
- Review summary of Hoyts Wharf Parcel research.
- Review April 7, 2022 invoice from Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group for $1,000 for soil testing on Hoyts Wharf Parcel.
- Decide whether to pay $500 for Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group to prepare soil logs to document test holes dug on March 22, 2022 for soil testing.
- Discuss MHP Housing Summit Housing Institute which will have a June 7 all day virtual event and a June 8 in person day at SpringHill Suites in Devens.
- Discuss possibility of a Housing Summit 2 or other event to increase coordination of effort and provide education.
- Executive Session #1 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.
- Executive Session #2. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – town owned properties. Roll call vote may be taken.
