11:15 AM    Roll call to enter executive session

               under purpose 7:  to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law to discuss FY2022 Real and Personal Property Abatement ApplicationsEnter into Executive session to discuss FY2022 Real and Personal Property Abatement Applications, and

              under purpose 3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; to discuss ATB case with Alliance Energy

The Chair will announce if the Board will return to open session
