  1. Executive Session. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.”  Roll call vote may be taken.
  2. Regular Session starts at 7:45 pm. Review draft regular session minutes from February 16, 2022.
  3. Review draft comment letter to MassHousing regarding proposed Heritage Landing 40B.
  4. Review draft comment letter to Department of Housing and Community Development regarding MBTA Housing Choice Zoning draft guidelines.
