Attend the Planning Board’s regularly scheduled meeting wherein the Planning Board will be discussing (a) the definition of age-restricted housing as per a citizen's petition for a potential zoning amendment at Spring Town Meeting and (b) multi-family zoning for MBTA communities. Votes may be taken.
