1. Executive Session #1. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21 Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.”  Roll call vote may be taken.

 

2. Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.

 

3. Consider payment of Mirick O’Connell’s October 12, 2021 invoice for $742.50 regarding Fieldstone Drive legal research. Note that Mirick O’Connell serves as Town Counsel.

 

4. Review progress on CHAPA municipal engagement initiative application to be submitted by October 28, 2021.

 

5. Discuss October 23, 2021 Fall Town Meeting and any implications for affordable housing.

 

6. Review draft regular session minutes from October 6, 2021.
