7:35P: 172 Main Street: PUBLIC HEARING: application for A Certificate of Appropriateness to create an ADA compliant walkway to the north side of the property allowing access from the existing driveway via a sloped walkway constructed of earthen materials set within landscaping; and complete the concrete sidewalk along the driveway; Al Collins presenting; votes may be taken.
