The regular meeting of the Lowell Regional Transit Authority Advisory Board will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 P.M.  Pursuant to Governor Baker's Emergency Order modifying the State's Open Meeting Law issued March 12, 2020, meetings will be held using remote participation as follows:  Members of the public wishing to participate shall contact the LRTA by sending an email to lrta1@aol.com or calling the LRTA Administrative Office at

IX        Executive Session – Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the LRTA and the Chair so declares – Title VI complaint of Luccia Appia (roll call vote)

X   Adjournment (roll call vote) (note:  it is the expectation that the Advisory Board shall

     adjourn the meeting from the executive session without returning to open session)
