o Discuss the union contracts
- This will be an open session if the contracts have been ratified by the Selectman
- If not ratified by the Selectmen, then the Personnel Board will meet in in Executive Session
under Exemption 3 "to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the town".
