The Personnel Subcommittee will meet on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at
2:30 PM to discuss the contract of newly appointed Administrator David Bradley.
Pursuant to Governor Baker's Emergency Order modifying the State's Open Meeting Law issued March 12, 2020, meetings will be held using remote participation as follows: Members of the public wishing to participate shall register to participate in the meeting by sending an email to lrta1@aol.com or calling the LRTA Administrative Office at 978-459-0164.

II Executive Session – pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(2), to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct contract negotiations with nonunion personnel for the position of LRTA Administrator – David Bradley (roll call vote)
(meeting to adjourn in and not return from Executive Session – final contract to be referred to full Advisory Board for review and consideration for approval)
Personnel Subcommittee members are Mr. Kevin O’Connor, Mr. Tom Bomil and Ms. Susan McCarthy.
