MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE OF POST ELECTION BALLOT COUNITNG

LOCATION: Town Clerk Office

In accordance with the provisions of section 6(h)(3) of Chapter 155 of the Acts of 2020, the Town of Groton will be holding a Post-Election Tabulation Session to:

  • Count ballots received on Election Day (November3)
  • Count ballots postmarked on or before November 3, 2020 and received via US Mail until November 6, 2020 at 5:00 PM.

The Post-Election Tabulation Session will be held Tuesday, November 10, at 10:30 AM at Groton Town Hall , 173 West Main Street.

As Town Offices are closed to the public, we respectfully ask that observers register by emailing townclerk@grotonma.gov in advance of the session. Space will be limited.

Unofficial election results are posted at www.grotonma.gov.

The listing of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting is not intended as a guarantee of the topics that will have been discussed. Not all topics listed may in fact be discussed, and other topics not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
