8 AM     Complete Streets Construction Estimate. To review and approve for submission to the State of Massachusetts the estimates for construction funding for 4 street or streetscape improvements in the town of Groton under the Massachusetts Complete Streets Program.   Votes may be taken.

8:15 AM.  To review and approve for submission an Article for Fall Town Meeting for funding for Engineering costs as prepared by the Town Engineer and related to the above Complete Streets submission.  Votes may be taken.

Any other business that may come before the committee.
