  1. Executive Session -- pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; and M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. Specifically, to discuss Mount Laurel Development investment.  Roll call vote to be taken.

 

  1. Discuss potential donation to the Affordable Housing Trust with the development team for the Sand Hill Road and Longley Road project.

 

  1. For the emergency rental assistance CPC proposal, review project elements and plan outreach to promote. Votes may be taken.
  2. Review draft regular session minutes from July 2, 2020. Votes may be taken.
  3. Discuss housing trust vacancies. Votes may be taken. [Added July 29, 2020]
