1. Executive Session: Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements.” – Purpose – Review, Approval and Potential Release of Executive Session Minutes.
2. Executive Session -- pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; and M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. Specifically, to discuss Mount Laurel Development investment. Roll call vote to be taken.
3. Review draft of Housing Production Plan. Votes may be taken.
4. Continue planning for emergency rental assistance project submitted May 18, 2020 as an out of cycle application to the Community Preservation Committee. Votes may be taken.
5. Review invoice for services of counsel. Votes may be taken.
6. Review draft open session minutes from: January 30, 2020 and May 14, 2020. Votes may be taken.
7. Discuss upcoming vacancy on the affordable housing trust. Votes may be taken.
