Open session for topics not anticipated 48 hours prior to the meeting

A vote to enter into Executive Session will be taken to discuss applications for the Green or Shepley Charity Funds which may include discussing the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health of an individual will be made.  The individual to be discussed in such executive session shall be notified at least 48 hours prior to the proposed executive session.

The listing of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting is not intended as a guarantee of the topics that will have been discussed. Not all topics listed may in fact be discussed, and other topics not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
