7:45 pm Attend the Select Board meeting already in progress. Together with the Select Board, the Affordable Housing Trust plans to participate in an Executive Session -- pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; and M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. Specifically, to discuss Town position with respect to Boynton Meadows investment, whether to engage legal counsel and response to request for release of project information. Roll call vote to be taken.
