  1. The Detwiller (25 Elm St.) special permit hearing to allow the alteration of a non-conforming structure will convene at 7:00 PM. A vote may be taken.
  2. Other business- minutes, legal ad bill. A vote may be taken.
  3. Open Session for topics not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting.
